ajwwong
I've attempted to Import a Microsoft Word document with tables. However, the results are a little bit funky. The table sometimes overlaps with the underlined text when I import it via placing. I can get it to wordwrap appropriately… But I have to wiggle it by rotating it left and right. I'm not quite sure why this is. You can view the behavior here: https://www.loom.com/share/be02529e87be4a6fbfaf157210eb69fc Here is the underlying document, attached. Thankks for all of your help! 🙂 test doc.docx
MikeTO
Hi, it's because you haven't set the table properties the same way in Microsoft Word. Select the tables one by one and check Table Properties. I think you'll find the first one has text wrap set to Around so it's an inline object while the second has text wrap set to None so it's floating object. When imported into Publisher, these choices will be honoured and you can see the by selecting the tables and looking at the similar values in the Pinning panel.
