Text wrap doesn't work on new documents

Recommended Posts

I have used Affinity Publisher for several years.  When I open a document that was made using V 2.0, I can use the text wrap feature as always--that is, I can alter the wrap, move objects around, and change wrapping formats.  Now that I am trying to create a new document for our State SIR newsletter, the text wrap no longer works using the newest V 2.2.0 and Mac Sonoma V 14.0.  This is a serious problem for me because I will have many instances in the ~64-page document where text wrap is crucial.  The screenshots will show that I have selected the graphic that I want to wrap around and in this instance have selected "square" wrap.  No wrap occurs no matter which type of wrap I select.

Please put the cursor in the text that is not wrapping, and look in the Text Frame panel. There's a setting for Ignore Text Wraps. How is it set?
