Hi @Sj_offl,

Thanks for your report!

Can you please confirm for me, have you recently updated to macOS Sonoma?

Our team have identified an issue whereby custom keyboard shortcuts do not function in Affinity on macOS Sonoma, in both 2.2 and previous versions.

This has been logged as a bug with our development team and we're working to fix this ASAP.

I hope this clears things up :)

Yes, I’ve updated the macbook to macOS Sonoma.

Hello, is this bug fixed in V2.2.1 ?

Unfortunately this issue has not been directly addressed in v2.2.1 - however from the internal development log it appears as though our team are working to have this resolved in our upcoming beta version 2.3.

The issue "Text Key Keyboard Shortcuts do not function on macOS Sonoma" (REF: AF-508) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.3.0.2083".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
