Help restoring corrupted file

Hi creatives, I have the same issue I have just been searching about this glad to some getting it solved, I have a project file getting corrupted same as the guys above and I started to redesign it from scratch all over again so if you could help it would mean a lot

Hi guys. I've just a similar problem - I'm working on a catalogue (deadline Friday; about 220 pages). Unfortunately, my laptop crashed yesterday - today I can no longer open the document. The following message appears: the document seems to be damaged.

Can you possibly help me with this as well?
