One of the handier features of the macOS Dock is if you click & hold on an app icon placed there, it pops up the list of documents recently opened in that app. That worked fine in V1 (& in all my other apps) but in the V2 Affinity appsevery time I quit the app it empties the list, so the next time I launch it, even though the File > Open Recent menu item shows a long list of recently opened files.

I can get the Dock popup to show the list again by using File > New... then clicking on Recents, selecting every document shown in the All section (which can only be done by dragging since that window does not support CMD-A to select all), & clicking the Open button to open every one of them. Thankfully there is now a Close All item on the File menu. but it is still a PITA to have to do this every time I quit & relaunch the app.

So is this something other Mac users are seeing, a bug, or is it just something about my systeme that is causing it?

See AF-359.

Thanks for the link. I did do a search before I posted but I guess I did not use the right search term (or had a senior moment) & missed the references to this as a bug.

Anyway, now that I know from this topic that thanks to @Ptujec the problem (apparently?) is in ~/Library/Application Support/com.apple.sharedfilelist/com.apple.LSSharedFileList.ApplicationRecentDocuments/ that all the V2 files there are deleted after quitting those apps, there may be some hack I can use to keep that from happening until the bug gets fixed.
