Using Affinity for wireframing, mockup UI design

Recommended Posts

Between Designer and uPblisher I am not sure which is more suited for wireframing / UI mockup screen designing?

Do people use Affinity publisher or Designer for wireframing or UI mockup screens?

Is Designer/Publisher good alternatives to Balsamiq/Figma?

Or, am I using Affinity for the wrong purpose?

Affinity Publisher, as it's name implies, is more meant for DTP printing stuff so mostly all what you would use InDesign instead for. - Affinity Designer is the vector tool (like Illustrator) one wood usually use for such things.

Figma is more specialized on UI/UX prototyping.

☛ Affinity Designer 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Photo 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Publisher 1.10.8 ◆ OSX El Capitan
☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.2
