Recommended Posts

Dear Experts,

I am using Affinity suite for more than a year but I am facing a strange situation for all 3 programs whenever I starts Affinity Designer or Photo or Publisher it gets crashed and goes away from screen, then I need to restart the program and this cycle need to repeat 3 to 5 times evertime I start the program.

I am using Lenovo Ideapad 320 laptop with Win10.

Can some one please help me with how to get affinity program started in 1st attempt without crashing..!

Appreciate your support.

Hi @Vimal Harsora and welcome to the forum.

I assume that you are using the V1 Affinity products.

When Affinity programs crash, they generate a crash report.

To find out what is causing your laptop to not start properly, it would help if you would attach (drag to the paperclip) the last two crash reports in your next post.

Dear Expert,

I am using Affinity V2 and here are the last crash reports for all 3 programs for your review and help me identify the root cause and the possible solution.

Thank you for the guidance and help.

Can you please take a screenshot of the settings in the Performance section. You can find it under Edit -> Settings -> Performance.

Dear Team

Here is the screenshot for your review.

Thank you, :)

Sorry for the delayed feedback.

I recommend that you disable the hardware acceleration.
