Copy probably wouldn't do anything useful, anyway. Depending on what you are trying to do, Layer > Duplicate might be useful. Here are two other ideas for you: Just use the File > Print, and use N-Up printing with Scaling set to Shrink to Printable. Adjust the number of copies across and down that you want, and set whatever gaps you want: If you have Publisher, you could create a document with a grid of Picture Frames, and use the Place Tool to fill them all with the same image, scaled to fit. Then Print that page. Or, you could use the Data Merge function with a grid of Picture Frames.
