I had the trial version and it had the same problem, then I bought the full package and still have the same problem. how do i fix it?

I have a mac mini m1 chip, update Sonoma 14.0

Hi and welcome to the forums. Affinity isn't yet compatible with the Sonoma beta so you should install it on a system with Ventura or another supported version of macOS.
