AmyM
A little confused here...a video showed you just select add pre-set, and name it. Select it for a new image and it loads, hit apply and you're all set. I am using Aff 2, file opens in Develop. I change profile to Adobe 1998, and select B&W under tones. Then click to load pre-set I just created for another image, and it is not listed. However, I did create another pre-set even earlier, and that one does show in the list, but when I apply, nothing happens to the currently opened image. Can someone just bullet point step by step directions, and, do I need to add one for Basic, Details, Tones, etc.. tabs?
Dan C
Hi @AmyM, Welcome to the Affinity Forums Sorry to hear you're having trouble! I can confirm that our team are aware of an issue with presets being applied correctly when loading a RAW file - however you should be able to simply open the Preset menu, select a different Preset (or Default) then select your Preset once again and these changes should be applied. From the steps you have provided, I'm unsure if you are correctly creating your preset after applying the Adobe profile and enabling B&W, could you please provide a screen recording showing the exact steps you are taking within the Affinity app? If you're unsure how to take a screen recording, please check out our FAQ linked below - Many thanks in advance!
