How can I increase the distance between the separator line of the footnote and the running text?

In the panel "Footnote" I cannot find a way to set the separator line with a larger distance upwards, i.e. to the running text.

Solution?

Hi @xul1,

You should be able to do so using the Min gap before option under positioning in the Notes panel...

Thank you. I have been searching for a long time.

As a beginner in DTP (My solution: I edit a book that I have already finished in Word.), I often don't know which way to choose.

That's no problem at all, there are many features in Affinity Publisher and it can sometimes take a bit of searching to find the one you need to achieve a particular task... :)
