Guys this feature is very common in another photo edition apps. Please I really need this feature. 
 

Change interpolation method fo each layer using select tool.

I'll explain better. In Photoshop, ArtStudio Pro and Procreate for example, by selecting a layer to resize I can choose the interpolation mode individually for each layer. Let's imagine that I have 5 layers and I want to resize them, in programs that I mentioned I can choose what type of interpolation I want to have on each layer. I'm happy with the bicubic interpolation, but if I need precision as in pixel art, the best method is the nearest one. And with the select tool, all it takes is a dialog that lets me choose which interpolation method I want to use.
