Installed Publisher 2.1.0 on trial on my brand new Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5

Edition    Windows 11 Home
Version    21H2
Installed    ‎2023-‎05-‎29
OS version    22000.593

CPU    12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1235U   1.30 GHz
Installed RAM    8,00 GB (7,57 GB available)
GPU    Intel Iris Xe Graphics

When starting the app, I click the Continue Trial button. Then the screen disappears and nothing happens. Looking in Task Manager, I notice the app going from "Apps" into "Background Processes" when clicking the aformentioned button.

I've tried to Repair, Reset, and complete uninstall + new install. Nothing changes.

Hi @RobertLunkvist,

Welcome to the Affinity Forums :)

Sorry to see you're having trouble!

Firstly, we've seen previous issues caused between Affinity and Intel Iris Xe GPUs - therefore can you please ensure that your drivers are fully up-to-date, directly from Intels website?

Once installed, please restart your PC and try launching Publisher once again.

If this continues to experience the same behaviour, can you please uninstall the MSIX version you have currently, then visit the below link and select the Also Available : EXE option for 2.1 -

https://store.serif.com/update/windows/publisher/2/

Once installed, does this now launch as expected in Trial Mode?

Many thanks in advance!
