Photo 2 for iPad crashing

I am still in the trial for affinity photo 2 and it has started crashing with the every photo I edit. I can get through several steps, but anytime it seems to need to “think” it crashes. 
 

I have the most up to date version of the app and my iPad.

Hi @Fianna,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble - this certainly isn't expected behaviour from either the trial or retail version of AFP on iPad.

Firstly, I'd recommend performing a force restart as this can occasionally resolve intermittent crashing - 

If this does not help, it's possible that a file has cached incorrectly, causing this crash, therefore I'd like to try resetting the app to default settings.

To do this, please triple-tap on the screen whilst the app is loading & the splash-screen with the Affinity Photo icon is shown.

This should open the Clear User Data dialog, here can you please tap Select All, then untick De-activate Affinity 2 apps, as we don't need to remove the current trial license.

Having done this, please select Reset. These settings should now be cleared and the app will open.

Does this stop the app from crashing for you please?
