So on this website https://www.imag-r.com/ you can convert a image to make it laser ready. See original and the end result, I'am trying to do this in Affinity Photo but I can't get the same result. On the website you can do it for free but I don't like uploading my photo's.

I also new to the affinity suite hopefully same one can help me trying to kinda the same result.

Thanks, Richard

I think what you want to do is convert to grayscale (Document->Convert Format/ICC Profile) then play with the brightness, contrast and sharpening. This is quick and rough.testlaser.thumb.jpg.b4323cf3388e444d40dd311df20c0cc4.jpg

With some tryouts as B&W conversion, applying what the preposter above already said, and maybe some noise adding etc. one can come at least (...somehow) close here.

You can tryout to reuse the following PS advices here in/for APh ...

☛ Affinity Designer 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Photo 1.10.8 ◆ Affinity Publisher 1.10.8 ◆ OSX El Capitan
☛ Affinity V2.3 apps ◆ MacOS Sonoma 14.2 ◆ iPad OS 17.2
