Michael90391
Hi, I'm having the same issue on a new install on Windows 10. I tried flushing the DNS, but that didn't fix anything. This is a work machine, so I'll try having admins install with admin privileges, although this is using the MSIX install files. Any other solutions that have worked for people? Any other solutions that have worked for people? Have you verified the time and timezone and date on your Windows machine? They will cause activation issues if they do not agree closely with what the server is expecting. Did you try the steps to do the communication check, as described in the FAQ? That should give you a log file that will describe the situation more completely. Michael90391
Thanks again, appears to be a firewall issue if the connectivity checker is correct. I emailed the fix to my IT team. walt.farrell
Michael90391
So the IT admin is able to access the urls through the firewall and the apps still can't communicate with the server. Is there a chance the apps need to be allowed through Windows Defender on the local machine where they are installed?

If it's restricting network access, yes.
