saving the final product

Hi, I have a very simple question:  how do I save the final product?  I cropped a photo and saved it on my desktop.  When I open it , it still has the Affinity easel around it.  How do I save JUST the cropped photo so I can use it in a Powerpoint?

You have to export the file in a format recognised by Powerpoint (PNG, JPG and others) going to menu File ▸ Export...
