I can't open Affinity Photo and Designer at the same time. I am asked to activate the license and it can never be activated. This does not happen when using only one program at a time.

Hi Chirvitas,

This typically means that you have an MSI and MSIX version of the apps installed, all of the apps must be either MSI or MSIX they can't be mixed and matched I'm afraid. I would recommend uninstalling any MSIX versions you have installed and reinstall the corresponding MSI version.
