When I select print and setup for booklet I am presented with page 1 on page 2 (see image). Is there a way to correct this? Also when printing I cannot figure out how to setup the booklet so it also will print with the proper pages in order. For example page 2 will print correctly but page 3 is buried farther back in the booklet. Thanks for the assistance in advance.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

Booklet mode is a special printing mode that imposes and organizes the pages into 4-page blocks, and is intended for double-sided printing. You would print half of the sheets (front side), then reload them flipped so the back sides print. At the end you would fold the sheets. This requires that you have a multiple of 4 pages.

When doing this, the last page and Page 1 will be printed on the front of the first sheet and would be the front and back cover.

It's easiest to understand this with a simple sample 8-page document, which just has a large page number on each page. You would see 4 sheets (front of sheet 1, front of sheet 2, back of sheet 1, and back of sheet 2), and the pages would be printed in the order 8/1, 2/7, 6/3, and 4/5. When printed double-sided, and folded, you would have pages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.

Possibly Booklet is not the mode you want?
