Firstly I'd recommend ensure that your Intel UHD GPU drivers are fully up-to-date, directly from Intels website. During the driver installation you can perform a 'clean install' to remove any conflicting drivers, as outlined here - https://www.intel.co.uk/content/www/uk/en/support/articles/000057389/graphics.html Once you have performed this clean install, restart your PC and try editing your documents in Affinity once again. If you find the app continues to crash following this, I'd recommend unticking Hardware Acceleration at the bottom of this dialog, then restart the app as prompted.
