Sorry to hear you're having trouble! Can you please open the Affinity app and navigate to the following dialog, then provide a screenshot of your settings here for me?

Edit > Preferences > Performance

Firstly I'd recommend ensure that your Intel UHD GPU drivers are fully up-to-date, directly from Intels website. During the driver installation you can perform a 'clean install' to remove any conflicting drivers, as outlined here -

Once you have performed this clean install, restart your PC and try editing your documents in Affinity once again.

If you find the app continues to crash following this, I'd recommend unticking Hardware Acceleration at the bottom of this dialog, then restart the app as prompted.
