martinkarlsson Posted April 5, 2023 Posted April 5, 2023 Hi everyone I am new to AP2 so forgive if this question have been asked before. I have downloaded a line drawing (Png file 1920x1780) after opening it in AP2 I rasterized the layer to able to use the flood fill (so far so good) My problem is that when using the flood fill there are pixels along the edges that are not being affected creating a white line. If I do the same thing in Pixelmator Pro this area is being filled. (And I don't need to rasterize it) What am I missing? I'll attach one screenshot from Pixelmator and one from AP2 to show you what I mean. Can anyone give some advice? /Martin Quote
Staff NathanC Posted April 5, 2023 Staff Posted April 5, 2023 Hi @martinkarlsson welcome to the forums, Before you fill in the area on the pixel object, have you tried increasing the tolerance value and enabling Antialiasing along the context toolbar? This should ensure a wider area is covered within the boundaries as pixel colour can vary greater. https://affinity.help/photo2/English.lproj/pages/Tools/tools_floodFill.html Quote
