Did recent update and program is now unstable

Completed the recent update today on all my affinity programs and it is now completely broken. Everytime I open it just crashes after trying to select a template, when i go to the top menu it disappears when I hover over any items. Is anyone else having this issue ?

 

I have tried opening in safe mode and resetting settings.. Currently using an RTX card and have been told on another section that I need to disable Hardware Acceleration. Can I do this using a config file as I cannot get into the UI section on preferences page to turn it off..

True, ended up being GPU Tweak 2.0. I was raging for like two days !
