laurent32 Posted February 24, 2023 Posted February 24, 2023 A simple question… that might become a feature request… I was working on a file and for some reason I asked myself "where is that file stored again ?"… I did right click on the filename on top of the window… no luck, didn't work ! Question : is there a way to quickly know where the file we're working on is located ? GarryP Posted February 24, 2023 Posted February 24, 2023 See: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/180770-show-file-path/ (and other similar threads). On Windows, for other people reading this, we can hover the mouse pointer over the document tab name to see the full path as a tool tip. laurent32 1 Quote
laurent32 Posted February 24, 2023 Author Posted February 24, 2023 Thanks @Andreas Scherer, I just got it a minute ago… I would have preferred right click on the filename but "fichier" > "Afficher dans le Finder" is pretty good ! On Mac, if only a single file is open, there's no document tab to hover over. With two or more files, each tab only shows the file name, but not the path, so there might be room for improvement.
