Dear all,

hadn't use v2 in a while but tried to do it today and I can't see any brush on the panel. For what I have found in this forum it seems the desktop Affinity has this issue (but I don't experience it).

But in my iPad I can't see any brush. Please help. Thank you.

If the Brushes panel has no brushes in it, you may need to perform a Reset operation. This will require reinstalling any brushes that you have added manually.

To perform the Reset:

  1. Make sure the application is fully closed (you can do that from the application selector window, dragging up from the bottom of the screen).
  2. Start the application. When you see the Splash screen giving the application name, quickly double-tap it with one finger.
  3. On the Reset dialog that you get, deselect everything, and select Reset Brushes. This will reset the brushes for all the V2 apps to their factory state.
  4. Click the button to perform the Reset operation.

Thank you, worked perfectly! Didn't know about those reset options, great to know Affinity got us covered there for quick fixes.

You're welcome.

Will be better, of course, if they can find the error that's causing loss of brushes, assets, etc. and fix it.
