Recently upgraded to V2 universal licence. Installs on my MacBook but want to use Windows version on my more powerful PC running Win10 x64.
However for a long while I have not been able to install .msix packages from App store or websites, as there is a very fundamental problem with the  installer software. No idea what caused this except it happened after a biannual update.  Can still install  .exe and .msi packages but not .msix.
Seems this is not a rare problem. Seems only cure might be a clean reinstall of WIN 10, something I really want to avoid.
will Serif release an .exe installation package in near future?

Any other ideas??

Tried a few things from Microsoft help forums but no joy!

Thanks

David Davies

If the FAQ doesn't help, we might have other suggestions if you told us more about how MSIX installation is failing on your system.

Alternatively, yes, there is now an alternative to MSIX if you don't want to figure out what's wrong with your system. See:
