AP-
Affinity Photo 2.0.4 Macos 12.6 Macbook Pro 2017 15" Metal compute is on (see prefs panel in video). Stacking a mesh warp on top of a perspective layer causes glitching. I suspect it either should not do that (bug) or should not be able to stack it (also a bug because it allows you to do it). There has been one instance where the mesh warp filter did this on its own when not tied to a layer, but could not reproduce this for the video. Screen Recording 2023-02-17 at 10.07.41.mov Have included the file for your convenience. Even the thumbnail renders the glitch. glitchy-img_6806.afphoto
AP-
Dammit. Wrong forum. I am mortified. I was last logged into the forum on the Publisher sub section and just posted. Is there a way to move this to Affinity Photo?
Staff Lee D Posted February 20, 2023 Staff Share Posted February 20, 2023 I can reproduce the issue if the layers are placed in the same position. However if you have the Perspective adjustment clipped to the image and then the Mesh warp applied above that it should display fine. If not Try going into the apps Preferences > Performance and turning off Metal Compute and testing again.
