Broadcast Designer V2 via Apple TV

As a teacher I try to explain Designer V2 by using it live in front of my class. This turns out to be hard because of two limitations:

1. I can not find a way to zoom into the document for showing details like I do on the iPad screen for myself.
2. The resolution on the wall is bad and crumbles thinner lines, especially because of 1. This does not apply to other Apps I use.

Please tell me, whether I missed a useful option. Thanks.

Could you clarify if you're using Airplay/screen mirroring on iPad to the Apple TV? If this is the case, In regards to your second point I believe that the poor rendering quality/resolution relates to an existing issue when displaying the apps external displays, this is an issue that is currently logged with the developers.

Thanks for answering @NathanC. Yes, I do mirror from iPad to AppleTV. If I do understand you right, there is nothing I can do about these problems right now. Let's hope, we get some progress here soon.
