License information not recognized in Designer post Windows 11 update

Hello

I have been using Designer on Windows 10 without problem. However, when my PC updated to Windows 11. I was asked to enter the information again but the designer does not recognize the license information. I tried to install affinity photo and use the same information and it works but not with designer. I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall but no luck!

Which version of Affinity are you using?

Where did you buy it from? The Affinity Store or Microsoft Store?
