jared2814 Posted February 2, 2023 Posted February 2, 2023 When i import a photo in affinty photo it appears blurry on the screen. But when printed it high quality. Is there a setting that allows you to view the photo more clearer? Quote
Hangman Posted February 3, 2023 Posted February 3, 2023 @jared2814, could you provide some information regarding your set up, mac or pc, screen resolution, if mac do you have a retina display and if possible could you provide both a screenshot of your screen showing the blurry photo and also upload the photo itself if that's an option. jared2814 Posted February 6, 2023 Author Posted February 6, 2023 It' a mac. I've used a pc the last three years and i had the same problem with it. The appearance of the photo was pixelated. But it printed out with a nice resolution. There was a view setting in affinity photo that changed it. I just can't remember what it was. Quote
Hangman Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 Is this a photo you are able to upload so we can see if we are seeing the same issue or whether there is a different cause for it looking blurry. If not, one of the support team can provide a dropbox link for you to upload it privately and investigate further...
