Gwido Posted January 24, 2023 Posted January 24, 2023 Hello I hope you can help me out or just tell me where the problem is. I use: Win 10, Publsisher 2.0.3, Epson L1250 color printer. I have created a file in Publisher and printed it directly from the programm - the quality was pretty bad. I tried few times and the qualiry remains the same. You can see some text underlines and so on. Then created (exported) a PDF. The quality was superb. So what could it be? Is there something I'm doing wrong, or maybe it is just a Publisher's problem? 1 - bad quality print. Printed from Publisher 2.0.3 directly. 2 - good quality. Printed from previously exported PDF. Photo was taken with phone but the quality of real doc is very good. Quote
MikeTO Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 Hi @Gwido and welcome to the forums. Could you share a test document here? It doesn't have to be the whole document, you could delete everything except for some text in that frame which to demonstrate the problem. laurent32 Posted February 15, 2023 Posted February 15, 2023 I think I've seen that post before (?). I think it's an inkjet printer problem that needs its printing heads to be cleaned. It could also be a laser printer with a laser drum that need cleaning too. BUT looks like there is too much ink when printed via publisher so maybe a profile problem too… MikeTO 1 Quote MacBook Pro 16 pouces (3456 × 2234), 2021 / Apple M1 Pro / 16 Go / macOS Ventura Version 13.4.1 (22F82) + 31,5 pouces (2560 × 1440) + 27 pouces (1080 × 1920) + iPad (8th generation) / iPadOS 17.2 + Apple Pencil + … Macmini6,2 Quad-Core Intel Core i7 16 Go / macOS Catalina version 10.15.7 (19H2026) MacBookAir6,2 Intel Core i5 double cœur 4 Go / macOS Big Sur version 11.7.7 (20G1345) Licence Universelle Affinity V2 updated to 2.3.0
