Hello

I hope you can help me out or just tell me where the problem is.

I use: Win 10, Publsisher 2.0.3, Epson L1250 color printer.

I have created a file in Publisher and printed it directly from the programm - the quality was pretty bad. I tried few times and the qualiry remains the same. You can see some text underlines and so on. Then created (exported) a PDF.  The quality was superb.

So what could it be? Is there something I'm doing wrong, or maybe it is just a Publisher's problem?

1 - bad quality print. Printed from Publisher 2.0.3 directly.1.thumb.jpg.1d7d19d931fa616722541840bd477e67.jpg2.thumb.jpg.e28388f20cd4d4f36fb80275e15a2560.jpg

2 - good quality. Printed from previously exported PDF. Photo was taken with phone but the quality of real doc is very good.

Hi @Gwido and welcome to the forums. Could you share a test document here? It doesn't have to be the whole document, you could delete everything except for some text in that frame which to demonstrate the problem.

Cheers

I think I've seen that post before (?).

I think it's an inkjet printer problem that needs its printing heads to be cleaned.

It could also be a laser printer with a laser drum that need cleaning too.

BUT

looks like there is too much ink when printed via publisher so maybe a profile problem too…
