I have pages on master pages, but how do I start pages NOT on the 1st page?

So I'm finished creating a book and when I added pages on the master pages, it starts the pages with the 1st page BUT I need those first few pages blanks, without any numbers. How do I start the page numbers on page 15 with the number 15? And how do I put roman numerals  on pages 1-14?

You should use the Section Manager, to create 1 section from pages 1-14, and another for pages 15 onward. For each section you can specify the style of numbering you want.
