Anton Perner Posted January 1, 2023 Share Posted January 1, 2023 Hi, I create a table of contents (see print screen 1). The first chapter follows the table of contents on the same page. However, the generated table of contents does not take this chapter into account, only those from the next page. The created table of contents then also considers those chapters which are AFTER the next table of contents and the same page (see print screen 2). I had the same problem in V1. We would need more information to be sure (for example, the Layers panel) but it is likely that your first chapter is seen by Publisher as coming before the TOC. And therefore you need to select the option in the TOC panel to include those items in the your TOC. Within a page, items lower in the layer stack are assumed to have been created earlier.
