Cannot open file after imported PDFs have changed

I have a file with several linked PDFs. The PDFs also change sometimes. Firstly, since version 2 Publisher no longer shows when a PDF has changed and secondly, I can't open my file now because a PDF has changed and I didn't update it in my file before saving. Now the file is broken and I have to do it all over again. I have already written to the support. Hopefully they can fix the file. But the deadline is very close. I can’t upload the file here because it contains sensitive company informations.

Hi Nott, are you still experiencing this issue with v2.0.3?

If so, try renaming the PDF or the folder it's in. Then open the document in Publisher and it won't be able to find the linked PDF so it should open correctly. Don't re-link it or open the Resource Manager. After opening the document, delete the PDF from it, re-place the PDF, and then save the file.

Good luck!
