Janne95
I have Affinity Photo V1. When I flatten an image or export, I will get black or white lines in the image. I have to keep exporting and eventually after about 10-50 tries I get a good export or flatten. I have attached some photos with the problem. If I print from Affinity, I will get similar lines of color taken from elsewhere in the image. I thought maybe doing an update would fix it, but I just did the most recent and it didn't seem to help. How can I get this fixed? Thanks!
Ron P.
Welcome to the forums This is usually due to Hardware Acceleration. Go to Preferences>Performance, and towards the bottom uncheck the box beside Hardware Acceleration and restart the app. Quote Affinity Photo 2.4..; Affinity Designer 2.4..; Affinity Publisher 2.4..; Affinity2 Beta versions.
