Wacon Pen Sensitivity is not working on Affinity Designer

Hello,

Recently, I started to learn digital painting & Illustrations using Affinity Deisgner & Wacon Cintiq. The pen pressure is just not working with Affinity designer. I tried 'controller options' but no luck. When I use my laptop trackpad, the sensitivity is working good but with pen its just not working. I tested this with few different programmes, and they all functioned fairly well. Even though I wrote to Affinty, I haven't received a response in over two weeks.

Affinity Designer - Version 1.10.6

OS - macOS 11.6.2

Can you guys please help me out?

Hi @ChillMonster welcome to the forums,

Different brushes may have different default controllers, have you tried overriding the controller to 'Pressure' along the context toolbar when using your tablet pen before painting onto your canvas? I would also suggest disabling hardware acceleration under Preferences > Performance and then restarting the app. If this still isn't working, could you possibly provide a screen recording demonstrating the issue?

With the Vector Brush tool selected, the Context toolbar shows Controller options.

Try setting Controller to Pressure after selecting brush stroke options under More.

Mac desktop user trying out Affinity Designer.  Same issue here.  With all pressure options selected and not pressure sensitivity using Wacom (mouse yes, but Wacom pen not).  This is really annoying.  No where can find an answer.  Please help!
