how to edit the word endnotes

After placing a Word.docx with endnotes the word 'endnote' appears at the top of the page of endnotes. How do you select this word to edit it?

Thanks for your reply. I only have the original Master A. My problem is I have just placed a Word.docx with endnotes. Everything is fine accept the word 'endnotes' at the top of the endnotes page does not let you highlight it to change the font.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

In the Notes studio panel (Window > References > Notes) if you click on the Endnotes tab at the top of the panel, then scroll down to the Title section at the bottom, you can change that to say what you want, or delete it completely.
