Stef Segers Posted November 18, 2022 Share Posted November 18, 2022 (edited) Hi guys, I have a Affinity account and upgraded to the latest version 2 using the App Store. From there I bought the full license for all 3 programs. When I tried to startup the software I needed to login, but when I try my affinity account (which has a different email address then Mac App store email), it did not work. Also when I tried to use my Mac App store account this also did not work. I tried to mail support a few days ago, but have not heard anything back. How can I make this work?!? Or did you purchase from the Affinity Store? I've looked on your Affinity ID account and I can't see any licences attached to it, so I'm going to assume that you purchased via in-app purchase? Not sure, but I thought it was in-app purchase and it automatically went to the MacApp store for poayment. So you need to go back to the Affinity Photo 2 app, and go to the Account panel. In there it should prompt you to register your licence against an Affinity ID. Once you have done that, you will be able to log in to all of your other apps. I will remove your screenshot from the post in case it's got any identifiable information in there. When I go to the website of Affinity and login with my @me or @stefansegers.nl account, both order history pages are empty. Same goes for V2 downloads. This screen is what I get with both accounts.
