100% or "actual size" zoom level is bigger than expected

I created a A7 document (74x105mm) in Affinity Designer and pressed ctrl + 8 to set the zooming level as "actual size". However the display size is much bigger than expected. The exported PDF file sized normal in other PDF viewers. You can see the attached screenshots to see the difference.

Welcome to the forums @taoyouh

I’ve just created an A7 document (portrait, 74mm x 105mm), and then zoomed to Actual Size and it looks fine to me on Windows 10 – see attached screenshot, measurement with a ruler shows it to be correct.

Can you attach the blank AFDESIGN document so we can look at it on our machines?

Sorry, I double-checked and figured out the problem. Microsoft Edge and Foxit PDF decided the size based on my system-wide zoom settings, while Affinity Designer decided it based on the physical size of my screen. My screen has about 175% * 96DPI but the setting is 125%, thus Affinity Designer are much bigger than Microsoft Edge and Foxit PDF. Sorry for the false report.
