Cannot save previously saved file in Designer

Recommended Posts

Yikes, this is problematic for me - the whole of Designer 2 freezes on trying to Save a document on my Mac - not sure why. Screen just shows 'Save document' and nothing happens. I can reach the file menu and 'Save as' but nothing happens here either. And previously the application crashed when I tried to export this document as a PDF. I was very keen to upgrade but now have deleted previous installation and thinking this is not good.

HI @Anne S Welcome to the forums and sorry for the delay.

Are you still having an issue with saving, is it just a particular file? If so can you please DM me a download link so I can try on my systems. You also mention it failed to export to PDF, which PDF preset was you using? Finally which version of macOS is your system running?
