Affinity publisher crashes when changing/opdating picture via the resource manager

Hi Affinity community.

We are having an issue where  we have an Affinity Publisher project with pictures. 
when we try to chance the pitcures  witihin a "Picture Frame Rectangle tool" via the resource manager the program just crashes without any warnings.

Anyone els experience this issue?

we are running version 1.10.5

Are you on Windows? If so it sounds like you've encountered this known issue where a recent Microsoft Windows update broke things. You can work around it by uninstalling the update.

Yeah we are on windows. I will give it a go and see if it fixes it.
