Hello,

I'm using Affinity Publisher on MacOs Ventura. Everything is up to date.
When I'm trying to print a document using either Cmd P or going through file and printing, nothing happens, the printing panel isn't showing up anymore.
It happened suddenly while I was doing some test print.
I tried opening a different document, opening a new document, restarting Publisher, restarting my computer... I even uninstalled publisher and installed it again.
Nothing works.

Any ideas on how to fix it ?

Thank you.

Hi @Hugo12,

Welcome to the Affinity Forums :)

Sorry to hear you're having trouble!

Firstly, please open File > Print and then check behind the Affinity main app screen, as we've heard of certain dialogs opening behind the main window previously.

Secondly, I can find one previous report of this issue here - where the user resolved the issue by running 'Clean My Mac', so you might want to consider this:

Finally, we've also seen inconsistent print issues caused by the Printer driver itself. I'd recommend uninstalling your current printer/driver, then downloading a fresh copy of the driver from your printers website, restarting your mac and reinstalling the printer.

Please do let us know how you get on here!
