Nikon Girl
I'm able to source a color point with the clone brush tool however, once sourced, the brush (which is not a brush, it's a dot) is too large for me to use on a small area of my photo. How do I reduce the size of the dot?
GarryP
Is it possible for you to take a video of what’s happening? If you can’t, have you tried using the “[“ and “]” keys to resize the brush, or changing the Width via the Context Toolbar? If you can’t see the Context Toolbar – a group of tool options underneath the top Toolbar – you can use menu “View → Show Context Toolbar”. Nikon Girl
I have to go to work, so can not capture at the moment.. Can you please advise how I can use the context toolbar to resize the brush. I have the toolbar available, just not sure what to select. I also don't understand how to use the bracket keys to change the width. Can you please advise. Thank you.
GarryP
If the problem is what I think it is then you can, as I said above, change the Width setting in the Context Toolbar. See attached video. 2022-11-01 09-34-12.mp4
Nikon Girl
Yay!! You are correct. It was the width setting. Thank you so much. Problem solved!
GarryP
You’re welcome. Glad it was an easy one to fix and not some weird one-off problem.
