TiTux Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 Hi, what are your steps when you want to create a panorama? Let's say I have 6 images for a panorama. Now if I develop each RAW image, I will have an Affinity files afterwards. But I can't add it in the panorama wizard. But I don't want to convert to jpg or png, because I would lose quality. I would rather make the adjustments before assembling the panorama. Thanks in advance TiTux Quote
Dan C Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 Hi @TiTux, Welcome to the Affinity Forums As you've found, unfortunately the Panorama Stitcher in Affinity Photo requires flat image formats, such as JPEG, PNG etc and doesn't currently accept .afphoto files - my apologies. I personally would recommend exporting to TIFF - as under the More... settings from the Export dialog, you can set the Compression to either LZW for lossless compression, or None if you want a lossless format with no compression, meaning little to no quality would be lost. Then, you can stitch these TIFF files in the Panorama Stitcher as required. I hope this helps! Quote
TiTux Posted October 5, 2022 Author Posted October 5, 2022 (edited) Hi @Dan C Thank you for your feedback. You have helped me, then I will use the Tiff format with the LZW compression. Edited October 5, 2022 by TiTux . Dan C 1 Quote
