Any Idea How To Replicate This Set of Effects/Smart Filters in Affinity Photo

I have a really cool comic filter action in photoshop. But I want to be able to replicate this in affinity but haven't a clue what to use instead of the smart filters & effect used in photoshop, could someone point me in the right direction if you have any ideas please?

For a macro in Affinity try out the Live Filter Layers & FX Effects instead. - You can also look how other similar macros in the forums resources section are build up (for example this Cartoon Effect here).
