.afassets file extension

Dear Support,

I have been provided with *.afassets file as samples and told they are generated on Affinity Designer. Unfortunately, I am unable to open the files. Is there a compatibility issue or just my information is incorrect?

I can confirm that .afassets files need to be imported into the Assets Studio, within Designer. Please see the following link for more information on installing these files -
