I need to make a table where one column shows pictures i.e. a certain spare part with the information in the following columns.

Somehow I seem to be unable to properly insert a picture.
So far the only way seems to be to put the picture on the page outside the table, then cut it out (cmd-x), double click in the cell and insert it (cmd-v).
If done, the picture will not align proberly because I don't have access position etc. in the table dialoge.

And this can work with a picture or two but not with 50 pictures or 200.

So – any other solutions?

Thanks a lot!

Have you looked at the Data Merge functionality?
I’ve not used it myself but I have heard good things.

No, I have not.
I will have a look at it now, though. Thanks!

You’re welcome.
Apart from what’s in the Help, there are various forum threads regarding this so there should be quite a bit of information about different uses.

Strange… I did a search before posting but didn't find anything relevant. I'll look again.
