They gave me a package with many images but they have not all been updated and are missing in preflight. some are really missing in the images folder but others are there but are not found by the document when it is opened… do they need to be updated manually? if I add the missing photos on the folder are they correctly found?
Why are these missing photos not seen in the asset manager? Is there something my client did wrong?
Do you have any advice for me?

Hi @Alberto Poli,

When the client created the package they should have got a dialog stating how many images would be included, so as long as that number matched the total number of images, then none should be missing.  

Could you zip up the package, the images, fonts and afpackage file and upload them here or to our Dropbox here if you'd rather not make it public :)
