Installing New Assets

I have just bought a new set of assets for Affinity Photo, namely James Ritson's Atmospheres package.

I have tried to install the asset into my Affinity Photo app on my MacBook Pro, following the instruction to click on the green icon in the top right corner to launch 'My Account', but when I click on the menu icon in the Account window nothing seems to happen, whatever I click on in the drop-down.

If I click on 'Re-sync library' there is very brief movement in the lower left corner of the window, and then 'Sync failed at [stated time]' appears.

Has anyone any clue as to how I install the new assets please?

Hi @FlashBangWhallop welcome to the forums,

I would suggest going through a reset of Photo to it's default settings including Account data by following the below:

1. Close down Photo and go to 'Applications' in Finder
2. Hold down Ctrl, click on Photo and click Open whilst still holding down Ctrl
3. This will prompt a 'Clear User Data' Menu with three boxes ticked, Additionally Tick 'Reset Account Data'
4. Press Clear, sign back in to Photo via 'My Account' at the top right hand corner and try downloading your asset pack again.
