no access at the account in affinity photo program

I had reinstalled windows 11 from scratch after a problem, then downloaded and reinstalled affinity photo and at the time of accessing the account it does not allow me to do it as per attachment

Hi @Rob94, Welcome to the forums.

Please make sure your app is fully up to date (1.10.5) and that you don't have any AV or Firewall software running that may prevent the app from accessing our server.
