jb112345 Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 Affinity designer version: 1.10.5.1343 Windows 11 Have tried uninstall, update to new version, reinstall, restarting computer and all don't work. When I click to open affinity designer, it just stalls and I get the pinwheel, eventually it says "affinity designer is not responding". This happened before when I upgraded to windows 11, but when I updated affinity it fixed the problem. Any ideas would be helpful. Happens every time. Quote

Please check the following FAQ to see if you have any of the third party apps installed as these are know to cause issues with our apps. Can you also check to see if they are any crash reports that correspond to when you're trying to open the app, see this FAQ for the crash report locations. Something else to check is the Windows Event Viewer, this may show information on what's happening when you're opening the app. it's also worth making sure Windows is also fully up to date as well as graphics drivers.
